Hi, I’m Gretta, and I’m an Osteopath who truly enjoys helping people move better, feel stronger, and live without those annoying aches and pains. Over the past few years, I’ve had the privilege of working with people from all walks of life—athletes, tradespeople, schoolteachers, desk workers, and more—but my real passion lies in pregnancy and women’s health. I’m particularly passionate about working in this space because I believe it’s crucial to address the common narrative of pain dismissal, delayed diagnosis, and poorer standards of care for women’s health conditions. It’s incredibly rewarding to support women through their unique health journeys, helping them feel heard, understood, and well-cared for.
I also have a particular interest in treating neck and jaw pain, as these areas can often be overlooked but have such a big impact on overall comfort and mobility. Whether it’s relieving tension from tight muscles or helping with jaw issues, I enjoy finding effective ways to help my patients feel better and get back to doing the things they love.
As an osteopath, I take the time to truly understand my patients. I start by taking a thorough case history to get a clear picture of their situation and the impact it’s having on their life. From there, I work with them to develop a treatment plan that aligns with their goals, ensuring it addresses both their specific needs and how their condition is affecting them day to day. I use hands-on techniques, and if needed, dry needling, to help ease discomfort and improve movement. I take a holistic approach, assessing the whole body to ensure we’re addressing the root causes, not just the symptoms.
I’m not about quick fixes—consistent effort over time is what brings lasting results. That’s why I also provide self-management strategies, so patients can continue their progress at home and beyond the treatment room. Every body has its own story, and being part of that journey is a real privilege.
Outside the clinic, I find joy in simple, honest movement—whether it’s bouldering my way up a climbing wall, enjoying a good book, or practicing Pilates. I’ve come to appreciate that movement isn’t just physical; it’s a way to reconnect with the world around us. When the body feels its best, everything seems to flow a little more easily.
