All consultation fees are payable at the time of consultation. Payments can be made by Cash, Eftpos, Visa Card or Mastercard. If you have Osteopathy cover with your private health insurance please present your health fund card at the time of consultation.

Veteran Affairs Gold Card holders are eligible to have their consultation billed directly to Veteran Affairs, a GP referral will be required before the first consultation.

Work Cover patients can have their fees billed directly to their insurance company if Osteopathy treatment has been approved. Please provide our clinic with your insurance company/employers details and case number prior to consultation.

TAC patients are eligible for Osteopathy treatment and will have their fees billed directly to TAC, but first must have a referral from their GP and approval from TAC.

EPC Patients must have a referral from their GP for this service. Patients must pay for their treatment in full at the time of their consultation and will be supplied with a receipt that they can immediately take to Medicare and claim using their Medicare Card.
